Customers: We collect and process the following personal data in order to be able to send you general correspondence, quotes and invoices: Company name (if applicable), named contact(s), site address, billing address, phone number(s), email address(es). We also store a record of your estimates and invoices, as well as a history of the project and all information and documentation relating to it.
General enquiries: Emails sent to our Company email addresses or via our website are stored so that we may answer your enquiry and refer back to it in the future if necessary. Likewise we keep a note of enquiries over the phone.
Data storage: Sending data via the internet is never entirely secure, and as such we cannot completely guarantee data security whilst in transmission. Data processed within our office is protected via a secure firewall. Once we receive your information, we use processes designed to prevent unauthorised access wherever possible.

For the purposes of providing your quotes and delivering your commissions we may from time to time need to share the data we hold with other suppliers as required (e.g. landscapers, builders' merchants, skip hire companies, specialist tree workers, plant nurseries, local authority planners, industry bodies etc) and will always advise you in advance where this is to happen.
To meet our legal obligations, we may from time to time need to share the data we hold with payment service providers, our accountants and if necessary our solicitors; plus any authority if required to by law, or if disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hawkmoth Garden Design Limited, our staff, customers and suppliers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
